Ultimate Sales Dialer – MobilCTI / Can Tech Holdings

 

Ultimate Sales Dialer bills itself as a “must-have sales tool for making outbound calls, sending SMS and email, and screen pop for inbound calls to action.” The app can be used for inbound or outbound calls and includes email and SMS templates. Referrals can be made with one click and Google Calendar and Google Map integration is also built in.

This dialer app has two modes, called preview dial and power dial. In the first mode, you see a display of a lead’s contact info to review before the call is initiated. You press a button to make the call from your Android mobile device. In power dial mode, leads are called one after another. Contact info is still displayed beforehand, but calls continue until the user stops the app. A predictive dialing mode isn’t available yet.

Users can create multiple campaigns, importing contact lists of leads, existing accounts, or case files in CSV file format. The app works with a number of VoIP dialers via SIP, including LinPhone, Sipdroid, CSipSimple, and Groove IP.

The app’s best features have to do with documentation. Dialed numbers can be added to a built-in “do not call” list, scheduled for a call-back in as little as 15 minutes up to 24 hours via Google Calendar, and users can capture the call outcome and add notes about each call. All of the actions and data captured in the app can be exported back out via a CSV file.

Call Center Pro CRM – Can Tech Holdings

Call Center Pro is from the same developer as Ultimate Sales Dialer, Can Tech Holdings, and at first glance appears to offer many of the same features. The app dials leads via your mobile phone number or VoIP, lets you send SMS text messages or emails to clients, and comes with similar Google Apps integration. Call Center Pro does appear to feature a predictive dialer mode, “rapidly dialing contacts and skipping bad numbers.”

The biggest difference between the two Can Tech apps, however, appears to be Call Center Pro’s built-in CRM. Contacts can be built and updated inside the app, including fields such as name, company, email address, and primary and secondary phone numbers. One-touch call results options can be customized with your own custom outcomes.

Call on the Go – CallontheGo

Call on the Go is an all-in-one app and cloud-based CRM sales and tracking service. You can upload multiple campaigns via CSV files to the web interface and see your lists synced with the Call on the Go app on your iPhone or Android device. The app promises this happens in real time. The dialer uses predictive call analysis and features a forecasting engine.

Analytics are pretty fun for this app. Users can see the best time to call, which leads they’ve “bonded with” the most, who’s hardest to reach, and what times to avoid calling based on past performance.

The use of this app differs from Can Tech’s one-time purchase options. With Call on the Go, users sign up for a monthly service on the website — there’s a free trial to start — and then download the app and import their lead list(s).
