You know I am a big fan of motivation. It is critical to a sales person! We are emotional animals, sales people. We get excited, we get mad, and occasionally we use bad language. So, when I see a sales person that lacks tenacity I wonder why they aren’t looking for another line of work.

  • Start a sales journal (track goals, ideas, objections, and successes)
  • Just be helpful
  • Start asking more questions
  • Team up with someone to hold you accountable to your goals
  • Find a mentor
