You know I am a big fan of motivation. It is critical to a sales person! We are emotional animals, sales people. We get excited, we get mad, and occasionally we use bad language. So, when I see a sales person that lacks tenacity I wonder why they aren’t looking for another line of work.

It really is your fate to determine. So, what is your plan to win? Here are some thoughts:
- Revise your sales intro
- Review your sales plan
- Start a sales journal (track goals, ideas, objections, and successes)
- Just be helpful
- Start asking more questions
- Team up with someone to hold you accountable to your goals
- Find a mentor
