Sales and Marketing Automation SoftwareAutomation software is a must for today’s sales and marketing professionals. The competitive marketplace calls for the ability to scale, due to the high volume of leads needed for success. That’s especially true for those working with aged leads.

There are many software options out there for sales and marketing automation, but I have my recommendations for the best value and features. Here are my top five.

Radius

Radius offers unlimited leads and clients for all pricing tiers, including its single-user Agent tier, which costs $34 per month. With this basic plan, users also get email marketing, commissions and renewals tools, E&O and license tracking tools, unlimited file storage, and a click-to-call dialer. Marketing automation includes auto-responders, email drip campaign capabilities, mass emailing, monthly newsletters, and lead text messaging capabilities.

Radius can scale to accommodate a small agency of up to 10 users for a rate of $292 per month. This tier of the software includes automated lead routing rules, management for overrides, contracts, E&O, and licenses, plus agent recruitment.

GoGoClients

GoGoClients offers an affordable all-in-one sales and marketing funnel software solution. A set price of $79 per month gets users build-and-host landing pages, email auto responders, email broadcast, postcard marketing, toll-free voicemail hotlines, text-to-join marketing tools, and a contact management system.

Users can use postcards, print ads, Google and Facebook marketing to introduce new leads to the funnel. The automation allows you to nurture these ads easily. Also included are email, survey, postcard, and follow-up card tools to nurture clients for referrals.

SharpSpring

SharpSpring is a mid-sized agency option with plans starting at $400 per month. That gets you the ability to market to 1,500 contacts, with higher pricing tiers available for 20,000 contacts or more.

Features include behavioral-based email automation to send unique leads specific info at critical funnel stages, dynamic conversion forms with autocomplete fields and 3rd-party integrations, an automation rules engine and lead scoring tools, website visitor tracking and reporting tool, native and 3rd-party CRM options, a point-and-click landing page builder, blogging, reporting, and integration.

Marketo

Marketo is a still-higher tier option for larger agencies with enterprise needs. Pricing scales with the software option tier and the number of lead contacts, and ranges from $895 per month for a lightweight Spark option with fewer than 10,000 contacts to as much as $11,995 per month for enterprise firms using the Select configuration with as many as 1 million contacts.

Features include a customer engagement engine, lead scoring, segmenting, and nurturing tools, the comprehensive email marketing Marketo is known for, landing pages and forms, social media and event marketing, A/B testing tools, CRM integration, dashboards, reporting, and marketing calendar tools.

Agency Prospecting

Agency Prospecting is a great all-in-one option for single agents to teams of as many as four users. The Agency Prospecting software features a host of tools, including a built-in progressive dialer, mass emailer, SMS marketing tool, contact manager, appointment manager, and built-in CRM. The built-in power dialer has a number of unique features, such as ringless voicemail drops, progressive dialing to reach 10 times more leads in half the time, and call recording and call monitoring. An SMS text marketing tool includes auto-responders, a campaign scheduler, subscriber building tools and more. The software product also features VIP marketing services as an add-on for busy businesses.

Closing Thoughts

Whatever choice you make for your sales and automation needs, my only request is that you do make the choice to automate your business. I can promise you that that will be the best business decision you make for your new agency. The volume required to succeed in the sales business today is huge, so huge that you will find yourself burnt out and frustrated in no time without the benefit of a great automation solution. However, there is an enormous opportunity out there for motivated agents who can work quickly and efficiently. Make sure to give yourself every advantage by choosing an automation solution that works for you.
